Standards definition and communication means

We share the communication channels that we will use as well as the documentation standards: platform, folders, documents format etc.. 

First draft of the guide

We complete the first draft of the guide, everybody agrees to use it as the initial training method.

Forming a class of kids berween 5 and 7 years old.

All the partners form a class of kids.

Start to teach skating

The teachers start training their classes using the guide we previously drafted.

Measurement of the results achieved.

A commission of trainers measures the skating ability achieved by the kids.

Final release of the guide.

The last edition of the guide is ready and is delivered to all the stakeholders. 

Final conference

An event to explain all the work done and the goals reached is held in Grosseto .
